The engineer give a 30 min notice in advance, so I made my way back home from work, so I didn't waste my time waiting. Did the job quickly and efficiently.Very happy, Will recommend!

I had a problem with the heating element of my oven so I contacted Happy Appliances. The customer service was very polite and helpful. I got a thorough explanation of the costs and the whole procedure. They even managed to provide a slot, even though it was a last minute call. The engineer was on time and changed the old heating element very quickly without making a mess. They also provided a 1 year guarantee of the repair undertaken! I highly recommend this company! Very reliable! 5/5

It is rare to find such a good company. They work well, their prices are reasonable. I call them every time one of my appliances breaks down. I higly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a refrigerator issue. Mikhail responded to emails promptly, was polite & friendly, and gave honest quotes.The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, and knew exactly how to repair the fridge.The price was better than any of the other quotes I got, and the service was impeccable.Highly recommended.

We've had a positive experience with Happy Appliances. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of contacting them through their website. The repairer called in advance to let me know he was on his way at the time we'd arranged and he successfully fixed the microwave. The call out fee was explained and seemed in line with what other companies were asking. I would use again next time we need a repair.
