What is included in our delivery and installations service?

It covers delivery on your new appliance to the designated place in the household, disconnecting your old appliance, connecting your shiny new appliance, and installing it at manufacturer specifications.

The fee covers fitting the kitchen cabinet door as well. If you have a new washing machine for example that has a different hinge hole location, we can do that as well. It is included in the fee so no additional charges. We use special tools to help us do that quickly.

It also covers conversion from sliding hinge to attached hinge or attached hinge to sliding hinge. Additional fee applies for door hinge cabinet installation.

The fee also covers taking away your old appliance for recycling.

* £89.99 for single ovens, microwaves, warming drawers freestanding all electric cookers up to 60cm width and hobs 61cm or larger

* £119.99 for integrated washing machines, integrated dishwashers

* £139.99 for integrated fridge freezers, larder fridges or freezers and chimney cooker hoods / angled hoods up to 90cm width

Delivery&Disposal

Delivery&Disposal - £29.99*

With Delivery&Disposal we will deliver your appliance inside your property. Our team will unwrap your appliances and will take the packaging for recycling. We will also disconnect your old appliance and will take it away for recycling**

*29.99 for appliances up to 90cm height, £49.99 for appliances up to 180cm height and 60cm width and POA for appliances over 180cm in height and 60cm in width such American fridge freezers

** If the water supply cannot be switched off due to seized stopcock, we won’t be able to disconnect your old appliance. You then will be offered to have Delivery only or Delivery and installation service.

If an appliance is hardwired to the wall Delivery only or Delivery and installation service will be offered.

We cannot disconnect gas appliances. This will require gas safe registered engineer, therefore gas appliances are delivery only or delivery and installation service.

Delivery location

Delivery only includes delivery to the property main entrance. If there are any steps, please let us know. In this cases Delivery & Disposal service will apply.

At this time, we deliver bulky items to the following postcodes starting with SM, CR, BR, RH, KT, TW, W, SW, SE, E, N, NW & Central London. Additional charges may apply for central London Congestion Charge.

Small electricals and items under 30kg can be delivered by DPD or UPS to main England and Wells. This delivery will be specificized in the item listing.

Northern Ireland, Chanel Islands and Scotland please email or call us prior purchase to see if we can deliver to you.

Warranty

Most of our appliances are ex display from major retailers or bespoke kitchen shops. Been out of the box does not mean they are not warranted appliances.

Mainly they are covered by the same manufacturer warranty as purchased from new boxed condition.

If any appliance is in refurbished condition it comes with warranty provided by us. For more information check the refurbished warranty information.

Refurbished appliances warranty

All refurbished appliances come with 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing. This warranty conditions apply for domestic use only.

Appliances used in commercial building and/or for commercial purposes e.g. restaurants, shops, cafes etc warranty is 30days.

What is covered in the Refurbished appliances warranty:

• Defective mechanical parts such as drain pumps, door locks, door handles etc. – we will repair or replace any defective parts if they fail within the warranted period. This cover parts failed due to manufacturing defect. All parts replaced pass into our ownership.
• Defective electronical components such as PCB`s (printed circuit boards) – in case if PCB module become faulty due to micro component failure, software issue or short circuit caused by other appliance component failure (such as heater short circuit) we will repair it or replace it. All parts replaced pass into our ownership
• Other electrical components such as interference suppressors, drive capacitors, control knobs, magnetrons, inverters, motors, shock absorbers, circulation pumps etc
• Hydraulic components failure such as internal appliances hoses – if an internal appliance hose become faulty, we will repair it or replace it.
• Refrigerant loss and/or compressor failures – we will repair or replace defective compressors or loss of refrigerant if caused due to manufacturer defect.

If an appliance is beyond economical to repair due to high costs or not possible to repair due to parts no longer manufactured, we will replace the appliance with like for like. We are not obligated to provide replacement that matched the other appliances in the household, however we will try our best to provide a closest match from the stock availability.

What is not covered:

• Blocked drain pumps or drainpipes caused by debris, or any object stuck in the drainage system that does not belong to the appliance.
• Blocked refrigerator drainage outlets unless if there is no fault with the defrost heater (if any)
• Inlet hoses
• Any cosmetical damage
• Any faults that are delivered due to poor or incorrect installation
• Any fault caused if the appliance is installed as not manufactured specifics e.g. outside property in an open air , not in specific temperature range etc
• Blocked dishwasher recirculation pumps
• Any loss of food or drinks either fresh or frozen
• Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
• Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and/or installation guidelines
• Any damage caused deliberately or due to negligence
• Any faults caused by inappropriate use
• Any faults or damage caused by environmental conditions such as flood, thunderstorms etc.
• Punctures in hydraulic hoses due to debris or items stuck in the drainage systems.
• Warranty does not apply for consumable items such as light bulbs

If an appliance is installed on boats:

• Electricity supplied from trough electricity network (by land) – warranty conditions apply
• If electricity is supplied trough generator or through its engine – No Warranty
